Damon Register, owner of Onsite, has over 15 years of experience, predominately in large-scale commercial construction (including military, medical, schools, and industrial projects). This type of work places a huge emphasis on budgets, schedules, and communication, and requires a strong ethical foundation. When he decided to return to his hometown of Nacogdoches in 2012, he brought these values with him to Onsite. Because of this, he insists on establishing a mutually agreeable budget and strict schedule before any work begins, and emphasizes clear communication throughout the project. Above all, Damon see relationships and integrity as paramount, and believes this is what sets Onsite apart from others.
